We are an experienced Systems Integrator (SI) and Value Added Reseller (VAR) Company for various products – hardware, software and solutions. Apart from that, we also provide project management and consultancy services mainly in Information Technology (IT) field, as well as Civil, Mechanical and Engineering (CME) areas. We were also always appointed as sub contractor (subcon) by several high reputation companies and big non-IT conglomerate in order to implement their IT projects (out-sourcing).
We humbly started in 2002 with the incorporation of Fame E-Services Sdn Bhd (FESB) in Kuala Lumpur, joining Fame Group of companies which comprised of Fame Meridian Sdn Bhd (FMSB), Fame OffShore Sdn Bhd (FOSB) and Fortis Fame Sdn Bhd (FFSB). FESB started her operation in Desa Sri Hartamas Kuala Lumpur by supporting her group of companies’ IT needs and before went all out with TM Streamyx installation project in early 2003.
Prior to that, Fortis Fame Sdn Bhd had JV with EDS Network Sdn Bhd to form Fortis EDS Sdn Bhd (FEDS) in 2002. FEDS main business activities were in broadband arena focusing on carrier class technologies and clients. FEDS had brought in fSONA from Canada and CORINEX from Czechoslovakia and few other hi-tech products from Korea. This collaboration had exposed our teams with various projects with several key clients such as Telekom Malaysia, Celcom, RoadCare, Time Telekom and a few others.
In Q3 2003, FESB had relocated to Bangsar Kuala Lumpur in order to cope with rapid business expansion in IT services, WiFi and Structured Cabling projects. As the requirements changes, FESB finally moved to her current office in BTHO Cheras Selangor in Q2 2004. In 2010 FESB had changed her name to Kopen Technology Sdn Bhd for strategic collaboration Kopen Resources Sdn Bhd (a subsidiary of Koperasi Penjara Berhad – KOPEN).
In the same year (2010), we had established another business arm to cater for end-user IT service market – iT9Eleven Shoppe Berhad. The first outlet was setup in BTHO as 5S One-Stop IT Centre for iT related essential services including Service & Support, Sales & Supply, Spare Parts, Solutions and Surfing Spot, mainly for the surrounding business and residential communities. The objective was to establish a nationwide chained IT 5S shoppe within the targeted timeline.
