We are Paessler pioneer partner in Malaysia and South East Asian where our team started to use the product “PRTG Traffic Grapher” and “IPCheck Server Monitor” in 2005 – monitoring our Campus WiFi sites. Sales team then registered as Paessler partner and started to resell and service various IT companies and prospect clients through out Malaysia (and ASEAN). We started at 1st tier paessler partner until was recognized as Paessler Premium Partner within short period of time (in 2010).
When both softwares was combined to form PRTG Network Monitor, our team was happily using it from the earliest version. Our technical team was proudly prepared in house training syllabus for PRTG and was the first to conduct PRTG training at client site in Sabah (Naim Land Berhad) and later a few others in West Malaysia. Our sales and technical team had successfully received recognition by Paessler after seated for tests.
Now Paessler has a number of resellers and a distributor in Malaysia, as well as in South East Asia. We are proud to have became the initial spark for PRTG marketing and distribution in this region.
